Cadillac Showroom & Service Centre

Type: Fitout & Refurbishment

Value: $1.1M

Size: 1,200m²

Timeframe: 9 Weeks

BLACK was appointed to undertake the fitout and refurbishment of Cadillac’s flagship showroom and service centre, prominently located on Auckland’s busy Karangahape Road.

BLACK delivered the fitout and refurbishment of General Motors’ new Cadillac showroom and service centre in Auckland — an exciting first for the brand in New Zealand. Spanning 1,200 sqm across the ground floor and part of Level 1, the project required the demolition and upgrade of existing spaces to create a premium experience for both customers and service staff.

Working under an ECI model, our team collaborated closely with CBRE, Turner Townsend and a wide mix of local and international stakeholders to ensure the space met Cadillac’s global standards. The scope included showroom upgrades, front-of-house joinery and offices, bathroom refurbishments, structural works to support new car hoists, and mechanical and electrical modifications.

Despite late-stage variations, including a delayed IT and security brief from the US-based team, BLACK maintained programme momentum, achieving practical completion within the original timeframe. Our spotless safety record and minimal outstanding defects reflect our commitment to quality, collaboration, and attention to detail.
