This project involved the design and delivery of a high-quality office fit-out for the Sport Integrity Commission Te Kahu Raunui. BLACK was engaged from day one, remaining closely involved throughout the design phase to ensure buildability and efficient delivery outcomes.

BLACK delivered a premium 1,800m² flexible workspace for Precinct, under its PrecinctFlex coworking brand. Featuring complex architectural elements, the fitout sets a new benchmark for high-end shared office environments.

Engaged under a Design & Build contract, BLACK partnered with Interior Creative to deliver Cirtex’s new 1,200 sqm office fitout in Thames, Waikato. Interior Creative led the interior design, with BLACK responsible for the delivery of the build.

81 The Esplanade, Petone involved the fitout of two new commercial tenancies on the building’s first floor, alongside a full refurbishment of the main staircase and lift lobby.

The SkyCity Production Kitchen refurbishment involved a complete demolition of the existing kitchen, a full services upgrade, and installation of a new kitchen to meet updated client requirements.

Having previously delivered Forsyth Barr’s fitout on Level 23 of the Shortland & Fort building in Auckland, BLACK was again engaged in 2024 to complete an additional floor on Level 24.

The ACC Newmarket project involved the consolidation of 180 employees from two separate locations into one, purpose-built workspace spanning 1,700sqm.

BLACK collaborated closely with TSA for the delivery of their new Auckland workplace, located in the heart of Britomart. With a larger floorplate and fresh vision, the fitout has been constructed to support the team through their next phase of growth.
