BLACK was appointed to deliver the fitout and lobby upgrade of Securitease’s office space in Petone, Wellington, transforming the workplace into a refined, functional, and welcoming environment.

81 The Esplanade, Petone involved the fitout of two new commercial tenancies on the building’s first floor, alongside a full refurbishment of the main staircase and lift lobby.

The Avalon Tower project in Lower Hutt, Wellington involves a major refurbishment and structural upgrade of the former TVNZ headquarters building.

Situated on the corner of Laings Road and High Street in Lower Hutt, BLACK was proud to deliver this adaptive reuse project - a successful example of urban revitalisation in the area.
