Penina Trust
The Penina Trust Fitout is being delivered in multiple stages, with Portion 1 focusing on establishing key functional and finished spaces within the existing facility.
First Cape
BLACK delivered a high-end commercial office fitout across Levels 28 and 29 of the HSBC Tower for FirstCape under an Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) model.
Precinct Flex
BLACK delivered a premium 1,800m² flexible workspace for Precinct, under its PrecinctFlex coworking brand. Featuring complex architectural elements, the fitout sets a new benchmark for high-end shared office environments.
345 Queen Street
A multi-floor service upgrade of the existing building at 345 Queen Street, Auckland CBD. Works included roof situated main plant upgrades, exterior paint finishes and upgraded accessways.
