BLACK was appointed to undertake the fitout and refurbishment of Cadillac’s flagship showroom and service centre, prominently located on Auckland’s busy Karangahape Road.

The school required an upgrade to its facilities to ensure accessibility, functionality, and inclusivity for students and staff. The upgraded facilities now provide a safe, functional, and inclusive space that supports both teaching and learning.

The Precinct Suites at 10 Madden Street, Wynyard Quarter, comprise five premium office spaces ranging from 165-360sqm, tailored for small to medium-sized businesses.

The InterContinental Auckland flagship Club Lounge is a premium members-only space offering exceptional comfort and exclusive services. The construction was carried out in a live mixed-use building.

BLACK collaborated closely with TSA for the delivery of their new Auckland workplace, located in the heart of Britomart. With a larger floorplate and fresh vision, the fitout has been constructed to support the team through their next phase of growth.

The SkyCity Production Kitchen refurbishment involved a complete demolition of the existing kitchen, a full services upgrade, and installation of a new kitchen to meet updated client requirements.

This fitout in Takapuna required a highly detailed execution to align with this government agency’s brand, ensuring an outstanding architectural and operational outcome.

The ACC Newmarket project involved the consolidation of 180 employees from two separate locations into one, purpose-built workspace spanning 1,700sqm.

The District stands as a successful example of BLACK's expertise in construction. Comprising seven workshop units, this new build project involved a comprehensive refurbishment of the existing building along with a new extension.

We were selected by NZX to partner with them for the design and construction of their new flagship Auckland office. The project was a single-level fitout undertaken in one of Auckland CBD’s premier commercial buildings.

We were in the fortunate position to relocate our Auckland head office in early 2022, providing an opportunity to undertake an end-to-end design and fitout project of our very own.
