BLACK collaborated closely with TSA for the delivery of their new Auckland workplace, located in the heart of Britomart. With a larger floorplate and fresh vision, the fitout has been constructed to support the team through their next phase of growth.
Designed to be a welcoming space for the team, visitors and clients to enjoy, the fitout seamlessly blends a warm residential feel within a functional office environment.
The fitout features high-specification front-of-house meeting rooms, a breakout kitchen, and hospitality areas. Central to the design are two curved, standalone island joinery units and a hanging metal planter with integrated feature lighting. The space includes versatile meeting rooms, individual quiet zones, and a wellbeing room, all integrated with the office desking areas.
The front-of-house area is constructed to showcase stunning views of the city and harbour. This multifunctional space is perfect for daily social activities, rest, collaboration, and hosting larger events, adapting to the evolving needs of the business.
Close coordination with stakeholders and consultants was crucial in minimising cost overruns and delays on site. The project was delivered on-time, maintaining cost-effectiveness and adherence to safety standards.
SOLUTIONS
The project contained intricate architectural finishes, ceiling and wall construction utilising proprietary products, significant services alterations and additions, essential services upgrades, and structural enhancements.
