BLACK delivered the new Auckland premises for leading New Zealand retail investment advisory firm, Forsyth Barr.

The full floor fitout on Level 23 within the Lumley Tower (now Shortland & Fort) comprises a reception area and customer facing meeting rooms as well as a large boardroom with an operable wall. The open plan back-of-house provides for a modern trading floor, secure areas for investment banking and compliance divisions as well as a contemporary staff kitchen and breakout space.

The project architects, Warren & Mahoney, used parquet flooring, timber veneers and a stone reception to create an impressive entrance for Forsyth Barr customers and staff that will stand the test of time.
