A workplace for the future: this multi-award-winning project was a complex multi-staged commercial fitout spanning six levels, including the installation of an inter-level staircase, a generator and significant building services upgrades.

A standout project for the BLACK team delivered in 2021, Delegat’s new office fitout in the PwC Tower, Auckland CBD involved a number of complexities that required significant solution-finding to resolve.

It was a pleasure to partner with our regular collaborators Egmont Dixon again, this time for the delivery of their own brand new office space in Wellington CBD.

We were selected by NZX to partner with them for the design and construction of their new flagship Auckland office. The project was a single-level fitout undertaken in one of Auckland CBD’s premier commercial buildings.

Early 2021, BLACK were engaged by Up Education to complete a full refurbishment of the lobby at 345 Queen Street, Auckland CBD.

Despite challenges including procurement and manufacturing constraints, the project was delivered successfully and on-schedule by the BLACK team.

The project consisted of a single floor, high specification office fitout for a high-profile Global client.

The ECI engagement resulted in cost savings for the client and a reduction in RFIs with the project completed one month ahead of the programme.

As the project took place during the construction of multiple fitouts - collaboration with all relevant stakeholders was key to ensuring a smooth and successful process.

BLACK delivered the new Auckland premises for leading New Zealand retail investment advisory firm, Forsyth Barr.
